I think I have everything set up right. No change on my part, but the jobs in the printing queue don’t start automatically. They don’t start at all, actually. I’ve waited several hours, though.
The printers have “jobox enabled.” The queued jobs have the printer assigned and “start automatically” set to “yes”. The printers in question are green and “ready to print”.
The issue was on our side, and we apologize for any inconvenience. It should be okay now. The service responsible for running Jobox prints was broken. We have identified the problem and will fix it to prevent future issues like this.
