We are currently focused on cooperating with schools, companies, and workgroups where many users collaborate within a single workspace. It’s quite challenging for workspace administrators to keep track of all users and synchronize them as they join or leave the organization. You can imagine schools where students come and go at least once a year.
So, here’s a new function in Karmen that allows you to bulk upload, invite, and synchronize users in your workspace. All you need is a list of email addresses for your users, and when necessary, synchronize your up-to-date list with Karmen to ensure that no one is missing or that users who are no longer part of your workspace are removed.
In the future, we plan to implement Single Sign-On (SSO) with popular services like Google Apps, MS Office365, Active Directory, Bakaláři (in the Czech Republic), and more. But for now, we are doing our best, and until all these integrations are ready to use, we have this “bulk” user management functionality.
